Senior Tech Recruiter – Germany & France

£40,000-£45,000 basic, negotiable on billing history

Up to 30% commission

4 days remote

4 weeks working abroad (if you like)

You speak French or German.

You work in recruitment.

Most recruiters never get the chance to properly use those language skills commercially.

This role gives you that opportunity.

You’ll join an established multilingual recruitment business with existing client relationships across Germany and France, recruiting into technology markets including Infrastructure, Data, Cyber Security and Change & Transformation.

The relationships already exist.

The reputation already exists.

What they’re looking for is someone who wants to build on that foundation.

 

The role

 

Pure 360 recruitment.

Permanent technology recruitment.

Managing existing accounts and developing new business.

This is a billing role, not a coordination role.

You’ll work with warm European clients whilst building your own market across Germany and France.

One day a week in a central London office on Fridays.

The rest is up to you.

Who they’re looking for

 

You’ll be working in a recruitment agency today.

Not internal recruitment. Not TA. Not RPO.

You’ll have recent 360 recruitment experience and be comfortable winning business as well as filling roles.

Technology recruitment experience would be useful but isn’t essential.

What matters most is your ability to build relationships, develop clients and grow a market.

You’ll speak English plus either French or German to a professional level.
