Our Background
PB Select was formed from the founder’s passion for placing the right people in to the right businesses. As the Internal Recruitment Manager for a multi-award winning National recruitment business, Peter Barry helped shape company culture and drive business growth through the recruiters he brought into the business. By placing candidates at all levels in to over 26 specialist divisions UK wide, Peter developed an extensive understanding of the traits required to take your business forward. With over 17 years of experience in recruitment, Peter has a robust appreciation that every team within every business has its own unique culture. Peter is able to identify the select few from a crowd and endeavours to introduce you to people that will reduce time to profitability for your business; enabling you to spend your time driving your team’s performance.
