Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 from home)

£35,000-£45,000 + up to 30% commission (zero threshold) + 10% profit share

You’ll join a boutique consultancy that’s building out its Data & AI recruitment practice – arguably one of the fastest-growing and most commercially rewarding markets in the UK.

Who you are

• 2+ years’ experience in tech, digital or data recruitment.
• Commercially sharp and confident running your own desk.
• The sort who can win work on credibility, not cold scripts.
• Ambitious, curious and ready to play in a market that rewards expertise.
