Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + up to 40% commission

Join a market-leading team of thirteen full 360 recruiters and develop a desk specialising in top-tier compliance and risk professionals across financial services sectors e.g. Investment Banking, Asset Management, Insurance etc. As a 360 recruiter, you will have a strong platform to launch from by working on established accounts with the likes of Bank of America, BNY Mellon, AJ Bell…

You will be the ‘go-to’ specialist on roles within Advisory, Financial Crime, KYC, Onboarding & Due Diligence, Monitoring and Surveillance, Risk Assessment, Compliance Audit, Training and Competency, Central Compliance, Control Room, Regulatory Liaison and more. From entry-level to Head of Compliance, you can work on a permanent, temporary or interim basis (or a combination thereof i.e. on a ’dual-desk’ basis).
